Course Objectives The aim of this course is to inform students about the basic ethical approach, to provide a comprehensive approach of ethical principles of traditional and new media and to discuss problems relating to ethics.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To be able to explain the basic concepts and approaches related to ethics
  • To be able to explain the historical development of morality in the world and Turkey Press
  • To be able to discuss fundamental ethical issues of media within the framework of current events
  • To be able to evaluate media content within the framework of ethical principles
  • To be able to evaluate professional ethical principles
Course Content The content of this course examines the concept of the ethical principles of professional ethics and approach, evaluates ethical issues in the media within the framework of current events.
